Terms of Use

These pages present Black Neck Digital, a division of S.V.E.N Systems Inc.™ You may browse publicly available pages for information. You may not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or misuse site infrastructure, forms, or APIs. Browsing does not create a contract, reserved build slot, or license to copy site content.

• Submit only accurate information you are authorized to share.
• Do not submit spam, harassment, malware, or fraudulent requests.
• Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, API secrets, or highly sensitive third-party data through public forms.
• Submission does not create a contract by itself — it starts a review process.

Automated spam, bot flooding, and abusive submissions may be blocked, ignored, or reported. Black Neck Digital may restrict access to protect operators and infrastructure.

Submitting a form does not guarantee a response, quote, build acceptance, or scheduling. Black Neck Digital reviews scope, availability, fit, and capacity before proceeding.

Brand assets, logos, photos, and other content displayed on these pages remain owned or controlled by their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit site content without permission. Completed customer website files delivered under a project agreement belong to that customer as described in Policies — Ownership after handover.

Where a Review System is purchased on its own, or chosen as an optional add-on with Website + Admin or Advanced Website, new submissions are held so bots and spam do not post automatically. The owner can remove spam. Reviewer email addresses are kept private and are not for public display. Black Neck Digital does not promise favorable reviews, a set number of submissions, or participation from customers. Turnstile checks and hosting may be processed by Cloudflare. Installing the system on a site built by someone else depends on compatible access and may instead be delivered as its own branded page. The delivered system is not Google, Yelp, Facebook, or another review platform, and it must not be labeled as if it were. Domain, hosting, email, and third-party service charges stay separate unless the written agreement includes them. Buying the system does not require an ongoing Black Neck Digital subscription.

A Profile Hub uses text, images, music, video, links, trademarks, and other material the customer supplies and authorizes. The customer is responsible for the rights to that material. Outside platforms keep control of their links, embeds, uptime, and rules. The $300 flat price does not include a live review form. That is the separate Review System. Domain, hosting, and paid third-party services are separate unless expressly included in writing. The finished page files are the customer’s, without a mandatory maintenance subscription.

Website builds are offered where operationally feasible and within stated scope. Capacity, fit, and risk may limit availability. The site may change, go offline for maintenance, or update without notice.

These terms may be updated as services, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
